MINISTRY STUDIO CANCELLED

Word from the Lord through
David P Griffiths, 05/07/23

“Stop, in the Name of the Law”

“In Scotland’s cradle of Christianity (so named because it was from here in 390 A.D. that through Ninian & his missionaries, Scotland was introduced to Christianity). Thou hast been told to stop, time after time after time.

“Thy intercessor (Brian Mason) cried out in intercession in the Priory Church of Scotland (the Kirk). He shouted, pulling down strongholds, bringing the conditions for revival in this Kirk, as occurred in the Parish Church of Barvas in 1949, a rural parish where they asked the questions, ‘Are my hands clean? Is my heart pure?’ He shouted & shouted, loudly disturbing not only principalities & powers, but the minister said, ‘Stop! No more! We can’t have this in the kirk. It is too loud & disturbing for us.’

“The intercessor then offered to do the same in the surrounding graveyard. ‘Oh no!’ they said, ‘You can’t do that. It’s not the place for such activity.’ The spirit therefore was quenched, prophesying despised. For the word of the Lord must not go forth, unless it is presented with the understanding of man.

“Peter, in presenting his case to our Lord Jesus, at one point used human logic to our Lord, to which our Lord replied, ‘Get thee behind Me, Satan!’ For the thoughts of men are not the thoughts of God.

“One has come to this cradle with the thoughts of God, rather than the thoughts of men; not coming to bring peace as man sees it, but the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God.

I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled? 50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished! 51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: 52 for from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. 53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

[Luke 12:49-53 AKJV]

And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

[Matthew 11:12 AKJV]

“One cried out in the kirk for the preaching & teaching of the blood of Christ Jesus. For the cross is not only to be preached as an historical event, but rather an active activity. But if one is to be a true Christian, one needs to be crucified with Christ; to live, yet not you, but Christ.

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

[Galatians 2:20 AKJV]

“You see, as you are buried with Him in baptism, you are risen in resurrection power; & so, the preaching & teaching of the blood & the cross, is active rather than historical; & so, you asked for the singing of  the hymn ‘There is a Fountain Filled with Blood’, being told ‘We don’t sing that’; & neither could one recall any singing of the blood, in the active sense; no ministry to the sick & infirm, in the context of the stripes having healed them. For in Whithorn, Christianity is to be a museum piece, a piece of history, rather than a present event.

“And so, it comes to the reason why Whithorn exists, it being founded as the white house of Scotland, Ninian presenting the blood of Christ as active, not just historical. Hence, thou painted, under the direction of the Holy Ghost, thy doorposts red, as a symbol of My blood.

“What you have done, is to make Christianity active, not just historical; active in the sense that you have the living Christ, not just the historical one; active in the sense that Jesus is the way, the truth & the life.

“And so, you have moved Whithorn from not only being a place of historical Christian stones, but more importantly, you have brought the living stones. Indeed, the heritage of the early missionaries, but also the name of Scotland’s most famous missionary, who was called LIVING STONE; & it is this heritage thou hast conserved in what they call a ‘conservation area.’

“But thou hast moved by spiritual rather than physical sight, which is why, under British law, the spiritual takes precedence over the temporal.

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

[I Corinthians 2:14 AKJV]

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.
